Solar Panel Production Line

Our Solar Panel Production Line features a fully automated 32-station layout, completing everything from glass loading, dicing and stringing, layout and lamination, IV/EL dual inspection, framing and curing, and grading and packaging. It is compatible with all sizes of modules (1640-2650 mm × 950-1500 mm) and supports all mainstream processes, including conventional, double-glass/bifacial, thin-film, framed, frameless, and composite frame. With a single-shift capacity of 2,700 modules and a cycle time as fast as 16 seconds, the line requires only 10 personnel on duty. Occupying a 5,000 m² facility, the line can achieve an annual production capacity of 1 GW.
