Jaw Couplings

Our Jaw Couplings are consists of two 45# steel precision-cast hubs and a polyurethane elastic plum blossom washer. It features zero backlash and requires no lubrication. The meshing of the claws with the curved surface of the elastomer allows for flexible transmission while compensating for radial, angular, and axial misalignment. It is widely compatible with servo and stepper motors and ball screws, and is used in precision transmission applications such as CNC machine tools, packaging machinery, robotic joints, and pump drives.
